1. Material
   (1) Inner and outer layer glue
Polyurethane sprayed inflatable rubber fender
   (2) In addition to meeting the above requirements, the outer layer glue should also meet a series of requirements:
   (1) Adhesion should not be less than 8kn/m;
   (2) After aging at 70℃±1℃x22h, the permanent deformation rate should be less than 30%
   (3) After static ozonation (the sample is stretched for 20% and exposed to 50ppm x40℃x96h, there should be no cracks.
   (4) There should be no cracks at the temperature of -40℃; there should be no stickiness at the temperature of 70℃. (5) When contacting petroleum products such as crude oil, engine oil, diesel oil, etc.,
   There must be no serious swelling and stickiness.
   (3) Nylon cord fabric The density of nylon cord fabric is (95±5) pieces/10cm width, and the breaking force of nylon cord is (280±10)N/piece.
   2. Performance
   (1) Under the initial inflation pressure of the ball, there should be no pressure drop within 24 hours.
   (2) When the compression deformation rate of the leaning ball reaches 60%, after the pressure is released, its diameter should be restored to more than 97% of the original diameter within 5 minutes.
   (3) The reaction force and absorption of the leaning ball at a compression deformation rate of 60% should not be less than the values specified in the table below.
   (4) The burst pressure of the ball should not be less than 12 times the initial inflation pressure
