Bi-Lock Connectors(for vertical and horizontal use)
BI-lOCK connectors have been specifically desigened to join together round link mining chains in either the horizontal or vertical plane,allowing the connectors to be used in both AFC and plough haulage system applications.
Special material seletion combined with close tolerance machining ensures the connector is easily assembled and has a strength greater than the minimum requirements of chain to DIN22252/2 of a comparable size.
Adopting Parsons chain Thchnology,the mechanical properties meet the requirements of DIN22258 .

Fatigue test-70,000 cycles min. Mean stress 150N/mm2 . Amplitude±100N/ mm2 Impact KV Test-55J.min.(70J Typical) Refer to DIN22258:2003 part 1 for verification methods and procedures.
Assembly and Maintenance
An instruction leaflet is supplied with each BI-LOCK connector which gives guidance on correct assembly and maintenance.
·Ensure the mating surfaces and locking barrel are clean and free from dust.
·Once half links and locking barrel are assembled insert locking pin
·Do not interchange components between connectors
·Regularly check for wear or damage
·Fully examine every 3 months or 1M tones conveyed whichever is the sooner.(For BSL use,examine monthly).
