The mark of the anchor chain(2)

Represents the second section(anchor chain): wire (or white steel ring) shall be wound on the rung of the second link before and after the connecting link between the second section and the third section, and all links between the two links shall be painted with white water line paint, and the connecting link shall be painted with red paint.

Starting from section 6, repeat the methods in sections 1 to 5 for marking.

(anchor chain)The last one to two sections can be marked with red or yellow paint as a danger warning indicating that the anchor chain will be released to the end to guard against anchor loss. In order to know that the anchor has entered the anchor chain barrel and has been twisted in place when twisting the anchor, white paint is generally applied on several chain links corresponding to the sprocket or chain stopper when the anchor is twisted in place.
